Central & Southern Ohio Chapter

Welcome to the CSOHIMSS (Central & Southern Ohio HIMSS) website.

Our mission is a simple but important one: To foster professional growth opportunities, to provide networking opportunities, and collaboration among healthcare information management professionals throughout our region.

I am very proud to be a member of this chapter and how this team continues to be an advocate, offer support and foster education to our chapter membership. This team of volunteers continue to search for input from our membership to ensure that we offer our members, sponsors and the Health IT resources across the state thought provoking conferences, educational materials and presentations from knowledge experts in Health IT.  We also take pride in awarding scholarships to students each year during our spring conference.  

Now this year, I am excited about our team focusing on you (our members).    We have our in-person conferences scheduled and has saved the date for our Scholarship golf outing.   We are accepting applications for our scholarships, so spread the word.   Our Advocacy team is working on the Ohio IT Roadmap.  If you have input, we would love to hear from each of you.  

I want to thank our sponsors wholeheartedly. They have stood by us during our in-person, virtual events and golf outing which has provided us with opportunities to have educational and enjoyable content over the last couple of years. We depend on the generosity and participation of our sponsors to deliver on our mission of supporting Health IT across the Central and Southern regions of Ohio.
